Pet Policy

We do allow 1 small indoor dog (under 25 lbs) or 1 cat in most of our properties.
*Check the individual property page for allowable pets and details.

All pets are charged a pet rent of $100.00 per month per pet plus a one time $300.00 pet cleaning fee when you move out.  This fee is charged to your security deposit. Pet rents & fees are not refundable.

*All properties will require an upfront pet deposit of $1,000 in addition to the standard deposit.

Any damage caused by a tenant’s pet will be repaired promptly by the landlord, and the tenant will be responsible for covering all repair or replacement costs.

Must have approval before pets are brought onto the property. Pet sitting or guests with pets are not allowed without approval.
Certain dogs are excluded from being on the property. This includes but not limited to: Pit Bull, Doberman, Rototiller, German Shepard, Labs, Great Danes, Chows, Akita, Huskies and several other large breeds.

**All tenants with dogs must have Renter’s Insurance with liability.
